  • Why Costa Rica?

There are so many reasons why you should make Costa Rica your next vacation destination. Costa Rica is a fantastic option for solo travelers, couples, families, friend groups, celebratory trips, weddings, elopements, and culturally immersive learning experiences. Costa Rica has been a hot spot travel destination for quite some time.

  • What can I do in the country.

Beach seekers, nature lovers, and history buffs, this country has a little bit of everything for everybody. Costa Rica is home to richest biodiversity, you can do ecotourism, visit numerous national parks, and enjoy some great weather which means there is a lot to do here.

  • Recommended luggage

Opt for a large pack instead of a suitcase, if possible. We can each carry, comfortably, about 50 pounds of weight around with these packs, which are far easier to walk with than having a bulky, boxy suitcase in tow.

Use a day pack this to carry small items like your wallet, phone, hotel or car keys, money, snacks, bottles of water, and a small towel and set of dry clothes (if needed) during participation in day tours or walks around town centers.

At minimum, bring at least one set of clothes (i.e., a t-shirt and shorts, a tank top and skirt, a dress, etc.) for each day you plan to be in Costa Rica. It’s hot and humid here, and you’ll sweat through your clothes on the regular, especially if you’re active. Unless you plan to frequent laundromats, ignore recommendations that tell you to pack light when it comes to clothing. I sometimes change my tops and bottoms two or three times a day to remain comfortable, so if luggage space and weight permit, go ahead and throw in extra clothes.

  • To do list

If you have a limited time and need a list that reduces the attractions of the country, it is convenient to make a plan that allows you to visit the places of interest and make your tours with time, in addition to enjoying food and rest. It is worth it since there are a lot of things that the country has to offer.

  • Security

Costa Rica is a very clean and safe place to visit. The people are friendly and there aren't major weather events (like earthquakes or hurricanes) that happen here regularly.

There are some concerns that you should be aware of before entering Costa Rica. First of all, countries that are located closer to the equator experience larger amounts of sunlight. The UV light is more intense in this part of the world, so wear sunscreen and remember to drink lots of water. Guanacaste is one of the sunniest regions of Costa Rica. While swimming in the ocean, be conscious of riptides.
